Dr. Liu is working as a Professor, Assistant Dean in School of Public Administration & Policy at Renmin University of China, where she is involved in a number of research projects with the Chinese government. She is also the Deputy Director for the Research Center of Policy & Leadership.  She delivers a range of services in leadership assessment, leadership development, as well as talent management. She has in-depth experiences in teamwork performance, human resource development and leadership coaching practices. Dr. Liu has published more than 30 professional papers in SSCI or CSSCI journals. She has written two books on teamwork, and edited one book in leadership.
