Qi Cao is Associate Professor in School of Public Administration and Policy, Renmin University of China. She is currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Human Resource Development and Management Research Center at Renmin University of China, a research fellow of the Health Policy Research and Evaluation Center at Renmin University of China and Health Reform and Development Center at Renmin University of China. She is a reviewer for Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) and Journal of Health Organization and Management. She obtained the B.S. in economics and M.S. degrees in Public Administration from China Agricultural University and Renmin University of China in 2007 and 2009, respectively. She also holds a M.S. degree in Management from the University of London, London, U.K. She received her Ph.D. degree at the School of Public Administration, Renmin University of China. During her Ph.D. study, she also completed a research fellowship program at Department of Health Policy and Management, Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University. She has been focusing on studies about health care reform, health policy evaluation, governance of health service delivery system and health insurance. She is the author of over 20 scientific journal articles and two monographs. She is also the PI of National Social Science Fund Project.
