Shuxue Sun, a doctoral student in the School of Public Administration and Policy of Renmin University of China, and a master of management from Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, is an associate researcher at the Health Policy Research and Evaluation Center of Renmin University of China. He served as Deputy Director of Reform and Performance Office, Director of Information Center, Director of Quality Management Office of Beijing Friendship Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, Deputy Director of Pinggu Hospital of Beijing Friendship Hospital, and currently Deputy Director of Lhasa People's Hospital. He has successively participated in the reform pilot and research work of public hospitals such as the total prepayment of medical insurance in Beijing, the payment of DRGs, the separation of medicines, and the linkage of medical consumption. He has rich experience in hospital management. The main research direction is public hospital reform, health policy evaluation, and concurrently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the Information Management Professional Committee of the Beijing Hospital Association, and a member of the Smart Operation Management Branch of the China Health Information and Healthcare Big Data Society. In recent years, he has undertaken and participated in 5 health management research projects including Beijing Municipal Health Commission, Beijing Hospital Association, Beijing Social Science Foundation, and Natural Science Foundation of Tibet Autonomous Region. More than 30 articles have been published in core journals such as "Chinese Hospital Management", "Chinese Health Economics", "Chinese Hospital", and "China Digital Medicine".
