Xiao Jiuqing is an associate researcher at the Health Policy Research and Evaluation Center of Renmin University of China and a doctoral student in the School of Public Administration and Policy of Renmin University of China. He joined the work in August 2009. He used to be the secretary of the Office of the Department of Oncology of Capital Medical University and the secretary of the president of Beijing Shijitan Hospital. He is currently the director of the West District Office of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. The main research directions are public hospital reform, performance management, and human resource management. He has successively engaged in hospital administration management in two large tertiary A general hospitals in Beijing for 10 years. In the past five years, he has published 11 academic papers on hospital management as the first author , Presided over 3 scientific research projects, including 2 bureau-level projects, with a total scientific research funding of more than 200,000 yuan. He is also a director of the Clinical Research Branch of the Chinese Medicine Information Research Association, a member of the Hospital Management and Development Professional Committee of the Beijing Hospital Association, and a member of the 4th, 5th and 6th Youth Federation of Beijing Chaoyang District Youth Federation.
